Sean Hughes is an Investment Advisor Representative and fiduciary focused on holistic, tax-efficient retirement planning. A native of Bolingbrook, Illinois, he began his career in 2011 as a financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial and, in 2014, founded his own independent practice so he could serve clients' best interests and deliver advice that educates and empowers.
Licensed in both insurance and investments, Sean specializes in helping clients generate dependable retirement income, protect their savings from market downturns, and optimize tax efficiency — what he describes as building "personal pensions" for income clients can't outlive. He believes comprehensive planning starts with understanding each client's unique situation.

A former all-state football player at Bolingbrook High School and an all-conference athlete at the University of St. Francis, Sean stays close to the game — coaching in a local youth soccer league and following Chicago sports.
